HEALTHCARE TRANSACTIONS ATTORNEY - Nashville, TN

The Kahlon Network is seeking an experienced Healthcare Transactions Attorney for an opportunity with a Top Nashville firm. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of experience representing clients in the healthcare industry including hospitals, outpatient service providers, health plans and healthcare information technology companies in mergers and acquisitions. If you are an entrepreneurial-thinker, solutions-oriented and practical, and possess a strong interest in how the healthcare industry is evolving and impacting regional and national clients as well as an appreciation for the human-oriented nature of the practice, this is a great opportunity for you. The firm will provide excellent mentorship and resources for candidates with financing, joint venture, dispositions and stock and restructuring transactions experience seeking to focus their transactional practice on healthcare matters.
