COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL - Birmingham, AL

The Kahlon Network is assisting a thriving boutique Real Estate law firm in Birmingham in the firm’s search for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of experience interpreting title commitments, surveys, and related documentation; evaluating title insurance coverage; preparing and organizing closing documentation, including closing statements, deeds, and UCC financing statements; and coordinating with developers, title companies, and other stakeholders to keep transactions on track. The ideal candidate will also have experience reviewing purchase and sale contracts.

Candidates must be proficient in all Microsoft applications. Experience with Alabama transactions is a plus.
