COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS ATTORNEY - Baltimore, MD

The Kahlon Network is seeking a lateral Real Estate attorney with five or more years of experience for an opportunity with a Top Law Firm’s Baltimore office.  The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate transactional matters including lending, retail, leasing, acquisition of properties, development and formation of related entities as well as general corporate transactional experience (due diligence, dispositions, contracts, and financing). The employer seeks a candidate with an entrepreneurial personality and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships. A portable book of business is not required.
