FINANCE ATTORNEY - New York, NY

The Kahlon Network is seeking an experienced Finance Attorney for an opportunity with an Am Law 100 firm’s New York office. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of experience working with financial institutions and asset managers through collateralized loan obligations and other structured credit transactions. The successful candidate will advise arrangers, collateral managers, and investors in connection with collateralized loan obligations backed by portfolios of broadly syndicated loans and middle market loans, as well as structured lending facilities backed by portfolios of corporate loans.

This is an opportunity to work as a member of a collaborative, collegial, and international team.

Interested candidates must have the required subject matter experience, a JD, and either be licensed in New York or able to become licensed to practice in New York
