FINANCIAL SERVICES LITIGATION ATTORNEY - Birmingham, AL

The Kahlon Network is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Financial Services Litigation Attorney for an opportunity with a Top Law Firm’s Birmingham office. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience representing some or all of the following: financial institutions, banks, private equity groups, specialty lenders, and borrowers in structuring and negotiating financing transactions through to closing, including acquisition financing, asset-based lending, equipment finance, C&I, cash flow lending, construction, real estate, syndicated loan transactions, and mezzanine finance.

Interested candidates must have the required subject matter experience, a JD, and either be admitted to the Alabama Bar or eligible for admittance in Alabama.
