TAX TRANSACTIONS ATTORNEY - Nashville, TN

The Kahlon Network is seeking an experienced Tax Transactions Attorney for an opportunity with an Am Law 200 firm’s Nashville office. The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years of experience in the tax components of diverse transactional matters, including: tax treatment of partnerships and partners; private equity; financial products; mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures; real estate transactions; and tax treatment of corporations and shareholders. Candidate should also have experience with state and local tax issues and U.S. taxation of international transactions and operations.

Interested candidates must have the required subject matter experience, a JD, and either be licensed in Tennessee or able to become licensed to practice in Tennessee. While not required, a LL.M. in Tax is a plus.
