Corporate Attorney - Huntsville, AL

The Kahlon Network is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Corporate Attorney for an opportunity with a Top Law Firm’s Huntsville office. This firm’s Corporate practice is ranked both regionally and nationally as one of the best. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience as a corporate associate with a law firm and will be committed to learning the ins and outs of his/her clients’ work to best advise them in executing deals. The employer is seeking candidates across experience levels to join their award-winning team of attorneys. Candidates must have experience in some or all of the following: Shareholder and Partnership Agreements; Business Acquisitions and Sales; Due Diligence; Contract Negotiation and Preparation; Corporate Governance and Compliance; and Federal and State and Local Tax matters as they pertain to business transactions.

Interested candidates must have the required subject matter experience, a JD, and either be admitted to the Alabama Bar or eligible for admittance in Alabama.
