The Kahlon Network is seeking a Junior to Mid-level Corporate Associate with experience in, or a strong interest in, the Energy industry. This opportunity with a Top Law Firm would be based in Birmingham and serve clients nationally and internationally. The Firm’s Energy Transactions Team boasts a busy and growing practice. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work on drafting, negotiating and administering energy-related contracts; handling regulatory issues; and advising on purchase and sale agreements, relicensing, and business formation.

Applicants must have experience with corporate transactions, a JD, and either be licensed in Alabama or able to become licensed to practice in Alabama.
